WOZ Assistent approached us with a clear mission: to provide free legal assistance to Dutch homeowners and businesses by helping them appeal against inflated WOZ values, which determine their property taxes. With their fast-growing client base, they needed a powerful, automated system to handle large volumes of objections while maintaining an easy, intuitive experience for users. In addition, they wanted to boost their visibility through both online and offline marketing to reach more potential clients.

The Solution

We started by building a custom WordPress site for the front end, designed for simplicity and ease of use. Users can appeal their WOZ value in just five minutes, making the process smooth and accessible. The front end is connected to a Python-powered automated backend, which handles all the incoming objection requests, processing them efficiently before submitting them to the relevant municipal authorities. This automation allows WOZ Assistent to handle high volumes of cases with minimal manual intervention, ensuring faster service and a higher success rate for their clients.

Marketing Impact

In addition to building their platform, we worked with WOZ Assistent on an aggressive marketing campaign. We ran Google ads to drive traffic and generate leads, while we also launched a massive offline marketing stunt, distributing 80,000 flyers to reach homeowners and entrepreneurs who could benefit from their services. This comprehensive marketing approach has significantly increased brand awareness and attracted a wave of new users.

To dominate the SEO game, we created over 1,000 pages tailored to relevant keywords, beating the competition and increasing WOZ Assistant's visibility in search engine rankings. SEO strategy was a key driver in attracting organic traffic and improving the overall performance of the site.
